What is Rezolva?

Rezolva is creating a living, attributable record of professional judgment in dispute resolution. It captures and organises the practical knowledge experienced practitioners develop through doing the work, including professional reasoning, context, different approaches and legitimate disagreement.

Selected practitioners contribute short recorded perspectives in their own words. Each contribution remains connected to its source recording, agreed attribution and the terms governing its use.

Why practitioner perspectives matter

Formal knowledge does not always resolve the difficult moment. Rezolva is interested in what practitioners notice, what they consider, how context changes their approach and when another experienced practitioner could reasonably decide differently.

The purpose is not to manufacture a single “correct” answer, but to preserve useful judgment together with the reasoning and conditions behind it.

Judgment in the Room

Judgment in the Room is a flagship international book and interview project arising from and supported by Rezolva. It explores the professional judgment experienced dispute-resolution practitioners develop through years of doing the work.

A smaller group will take part in longer professionally filmed interviews. Perspectives from the wider Rezolva contributor community may also help inform the book, subject to the Contributor Agreement and editorial selection. The archive is intended to remain useful and continue growing beyond a single publication.

What am I being asked to do?

Initially, answer one to three questions matched to your experience. Each answer is usually one to three minutes, and the complete first contribution normally takes around 15–20 minutes including setup. You can stop and return at any time.

What control do I have?

You choose the take you submit, review and correct your transcript, and approve your attribution. Rezolva then carries out confidentiality, editorial and rights checks before approved material is published or used. Permitted uses are governed by the Contributor Agreement you review before recording.
