Communications and contributor safety

Rezolva and Judgment in the Room may contact selected practitioners about participation in professional interviews or contributions. Rezolva will not ask an invited contributor to pay to participate, disclose their corporate password, or provide credentials for an employer’s systems.

For IT and security teams

If an organisation’s security systems restrict access to rezolva.org or judgmentintheroom.com, those domains can be verified against the company details above. Subject to the organisation’s own security policies, access may then be permitted for an invited participant. Rezolva does not ask anyone to bypass their employer’s security controls; any decision rests with the organisation.

How contributions are protected

The following describes the controls Rezolva operates today. Rezolva does not hold a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or equivalent certification, and makes no such claim.

Access is by invitation only

There is no public sign-up. Every contributor account is created from a named invitation, and each person can see only their own records.

Recordings are private

Recordings and transcripts are held in private storage and are never publicly addressable. They are opened only through short-lived links issued after an authorisation check. Takes you do not choose are deleted automatically each day.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Stored data is encrypted at rest. Contributor media is held in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region.

Least-privilege staff access

Rezolva staff hold named roles granted for a specific duty, enforced by the database itself rather than by the interface. Access is reviewed quarterly and revoked on departure.

Sign-in protections

Email addresses must be confirmed, passwords are checked against known breach lists, and changing a password requires the current one. Anonymous access is disabled.

Permanent, tamper-proof records

Your acceptance of the Contributor Consent & Release and the Privacy Policy is recorded against the exact wording you were shown. Consent, rights and provenance records cannot be altered or deleted afterwards, and every staff action is logged.

Nothing is published until it is cleared

A contribution can be published only when seven separate checks are cleared, including your own approval of the transcript and a rights review. The system refuses publication otherwise.

Reporting a concern

Suspected vulnerabilities or misuse of the Rezolva name should be reported to sam.lawson@rezolva.org. Please allow a reasonable period for assessment and correction before any public disclosure.

Institutions that require written detail of these controls, including the list of sub-processors and data locations, can request it from sam.lawson@rezolva.org.
