Our dedicated team of experienced professionals are always to mediate, facilitate, coach and advise, utilizing the latest best practice in our field. We’re always pushing ourselves to stay ahead of the curve and striving to perfect our service delivery.

MEDIATORS

All our practioners are experienced within the filed in which they practice as Dispute Resolution Practioners. Each practioner is a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Nationally Accredited Mediator Scheme and are accredited as Advanced Mediators with the Resolution Institute of Australia. All our mediators have had extensive legal training and hold legal qualifications at a postgraduate level.

FAMILY DISPUTE PRACTIONERS

Our Family Dispute Resolution Practioners (FDRP) are accredited by the Federal Attorney-Generals Department and are authorised to issue s.60i Certificates under the Family Law Act (1975).

WORKPLACE DISPUTE MEDIATORS

Our Workplace Mediators are experienced Human Resource & Industrial Relations practioners each with extensive legal training and qualifications.

COMMERCIAL MEDIATORS

Our Commercial Mediators come with extensive commercial experience at a senior level across a range of industries combined with extensive legal training at a post graduate level.

OWNERS CORPORATION DISPUTE MEDIATORS

Our Owners Corporation Mediators are themselves registered Owners Corporation Managers and licenced Real Estate Agents, again with extensive legal qualifications and experience in resolving disputes between parties around Owners Corporation structures and regarding Real Estate Agency services.

ELDER RELATED DISPUTE MEDIATORS

Our specialist Elder Mediators are in addition to being both National Accredited and accredited as Advanced Mediators and holders of post graduate legal qualifications have in addition been specially trained to mediate issues involving elder matters typically involving multiple parties including the elderly person themselves, adult children, care givers & health professionals.

CONFLICT COACHING

Our Conflict Management Coaches prepare parties for Dispute Resolution Meetings whether they be in the form of mediations of any type, arbitrations, tribunals or court hearings.

These practioners are all experienced in dispute resolution , have extensive legal training and knowledge and are trained to prepare parties to enable them to have the skills and confidence to act in their own best interest when faced with a party they are in dispute with.
